We all have the two basic wishes: to be free from everyday problems and to find lasting peace and happiness. With Buddhist meditation we have the actual method to realise these two goals. Through contemplating Buddha’s practical insights we will gradually reduce negative, unpeaceful minds - such as anxiety, anger, stress, loneliness and dissatisfaction - and replace them with more peaceful states - including patience, love, compassion, wisdom, and consideration for others. This process of spiritual development will make us happier, more positive and much better able to help those around us.
